This is an opportunity for ages 7-13 to share their Performing Arts skills developed over the 1 week program.
We have been developing our vocal and body expression; and expanding our awareness and knowledge of developing a character, in order to share a story with confidence.
WHAT: ADVENTURES IN THE WILD WILLOWS

Based on The Wind in the Willows by Kenneth Grahame
Imagine a peaceful Riverbank; a wild wood; and the animals that live there. Peaceful until Toad of Toad Hall leads the new band of friends on adventures which test and strengthen their friendships.Through Storytelling and Hip Hop Dance, players will enrich their communication skills by expressing their character and story.

Director: Tanya Lukenoff is the Artistic Director of Theatre A Go-Go, and a performer, instructor, writer and director. Her training has taken her around the world to work with masters in Classical European Theatre. She has acted in Theatre, Film and Television for over twenty years and performed in Festivals and Theatres around Alberta, Toronto and London, England. Tanya has been an educator since 1991 and a learning through the Arts instructor since 1996. She has completed many projects in schools, integrating drama into the curriculum and instructed at various companies throughout Alberta.
